Applikon represents NL on seminar in Tokyo

Applikon Biotechnology represents The Netherlands as trend setter in Bioreactor technology during Embassy seminar in Tokyo

Seminar and signing ceremony to underline cooperation at Japanese market

 

On July 18th 2017, the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Tokyo organizes the seminar “Cutting edge Bioreactor technology from The Netherlands”. Current developments in biotechnology solutions in the Netherlands and Japan will be introduced. In particular the innovative technologies of Applikon Biotechnology B.V. and thereby it’s fruitful cooperation with Japanese partner Sanyo Trading Co.,Ltd. Scientific Instruments.

 

Focus will be on the promotion of international partnerships between industry and academia. Both Applikon Biotechnology, the Vienna University of Technology and Tokyo University will present their respective commercial and academic activities to underline the importance of international collaboration for innovation and development.

 

The seminar will end with an official signing ceremony between Applikon Biotechnology and Sanyo Trading to formalize their cooperation for further technical advancements for the Japanese market.

 

After this seminar, Applikon Biotechnology and Sanyo Trading will be present at following events to display their innovative equipment and to provide technical presentations:

- the Annual Meeting of the Japanese Association for Animal Cell Technology, in Matsuyama, July 20th ~ July 21st

- the Annual Meeting of the Japan Analytical Instruments Manufacturers' Association, Makuhari Messe, Tokyo, September 6th ~ 8th

- the Annual Meeting of the Society of Biotechnology Japan, Waseda University in Tokyo,  September 11th ~ 14th
