Applikon Biotechnology Acquires biotech portfolio from HaloteC Instruments

Schiedam, the Netherlands, March, 2013 – Applikon Biotechnology BV a global leader in bioreactor systems, announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the biotechnology portfolio of HaloteC Instruments BV, a Dutch provider of instruments and software solutions for the biotech market. 

Applikon Biotechnology changes distribution in Belgium

As of the 19th of February 2013, Applitek N.V. is no longer representing Applikon Biotechnology BV in Belgium.
Applikon Biotechnology is handling all sales and service business in Belgium. With this direct sales and service channel we are convinced that we will improve the customer experience for our clients in Belgium.
The Applikon Biotechnology product range for Belgium includes next to the Applikon Biotechnology bioreactor systems, the Buglab optical density measurement systems, Ovizio 4-d optical cell image analysis systems and TAP Biosystems AMBR micro bioreactors.

Applikon Biotechnology starts construction at Technopolis in Delft

Friday October 12^th 2012 Applikon Biotechnology will start the construction of a new facility on the high-tech science park Technolopis in Delft. The building with offices, laboratories, a workshop and warehouse will accommodatea approximately 100 people.
